Mill, located in Chelva, municipality of Valencia.
The ecological olive farmers come to the mill where they extracted pure virgin olive oil Extra. Cold extraction olive oil.
The harvest season is from November to February.
The olives arrive at the mill at its optimum ripeness. Discharged to the mill where it is shredded. Then go to the centrifuge where the pasta, the water and the oil separates. When this process the oil passes hoppers and held for a month until the final impurities EXTRA virgin pure olive oil are separated. Passing the month the oil is extracted and packaged.
The entire oil extraction process is natural. Tests are done to check that it meets the relevant health requirements.
